What does it cost?  $15 for 30 minutes
                         $25 for 60 minutes

Do you accept walk-in or reservations? Currently we don’t have reservations. We only have walk-ins. However, there is generally little to no wait.

What are you hours?  Same hours at Cadillac XBC. Please visit https://cadillacxbc.com/hours-pricing/ as hours change based on league, seasonally or due to special events.

How many people can play?  There is only 1 person per room. Up to 3 people can play at the same time in different rooms.

Can I split the time in a session between people? Time may be split up between groups (ex. 3 people can use the same 60 minutes and get 20 minutes each)

Can I play games with other people?  Some games are multi-player where you play in separate rooms but in the same “game world” and others are single player. Let us know and we can help you get set up with the style you like.

Can I watch? Yes! We have a viewing area where you can watch people play or watch on the TV. We just ask that you don't go in the playing area as you could get injured because players cannot see who is in the room once the headset it on.

What ages can play? We recommend at least 6 years old through adults. However, it’s really up to each individual player and how comfortable they are with gaming.

What kind of games are there? We have a variety of games that will suite a variety of interests. Some of the genres include kid friendly, action, shooter, relaxation, exploration, puzzle, problem solving and others.

What if I don't know what to play?  We have a game menu with descriptions that will help you determine what you may like. You may also switch games within your session or extend your session if there is available time. If you like a certain type of game just ask and we can help you find something that may interest you!

What is VR like?  The easiest answer is that virtual reality “tricks” your brain into thinking you’re someplace else. A virtual reality headset shows you an image, and when you move, the device modifies the image to make it appear as if you’re actually inside a different environment. It is a fully immersive virtual reality experience. We strive to bring the best games and you'll be engaged in a world of surprises, walk around freely and be able to explore the world around you. Graphics make it feel real and surreal simultaneously. Wireless controllers have several sensors for unobstructed movement and 360 degree tracking to give you the best experience. First person navigation like running and walking creates a sense of immersion that can't be experienced sitting down.

I'm not a gamer so I won't like it.... We have many players who have never played a video game or virtual reality game ever before, but have said it's an amazing experience and they are happy to have tried it! Give it a go and we bet you'll enjoy it too!

I don't know how to play video games... We have experienced staff members on board who will walk you through everything step by step! If you ever have any questions feel free to ask and we will be happy to help you! There are help buttons within the games as well.

Is it scary?  Most of the games are not scary at all. You may feel a little frightened in games like Richie’s Plank Experience, but it’s easy to get used to. If you do get scared, however, just press the help button or let your guide know and we will help you choose a different game or help you end your session.

What kind of equipment do you use? We currently use HTC VIVE headsets.

Does Virtual Reality make people feel sick? Not anymore. This is one way the technology has improved. In the 80s and 90s there could be a slight lag between when some turned their head and the image they’d see. This caused some people, but not all, to feel sick. Today’s technology has advanced to a smoother experience, allowing viewers to enjoy VR without much worry of being sick.
